Last but not least, if the arbitrator decides to make it a ""final"' version someone can still edit it after them, and locking pages is very unpopular here. I don't know really. I think the current staff roster is fine as it is. I don't want to become part of moderation and have others treat me differently when editing or on talk pages, so I would prefer not to. If you think there's a need for more staff, I am sure there are more qualified editors who have also been around longer.
