gooky gookHiroyuki Nishimura (西村 博之, Nishimura Hiroyuki, born November 16, 1976), also known by hiroyuki, Hiroshima, Hiro, or Gookmoot, is the 2nd owner of 4chan as well as the owner of the second iteration of 2channel, 2ch.sc. He created the /qa/ board on 4chan "for the discussion of meta topics and … other things"[1] (No he didn't, Moot did). Hiroyuki is considered one of the founding fathers of modern imageboards. Hiroyuki is famous in Japan, but more for his YouTube career and other media stuff rather than his imageboard ownership.
Hiroyuki founded 2channel in 1999, which quickly became Japan's dominant social media website, peaking at 2.4 million posts per day. In 2014, Jim Watkins (owner of 8kun and perpetuator of QAnon) seized the domain, splitting 2channel into two: 5channel, which was run by Watkins, and 2ch.sc, ran by Hiroyuki. 5channel would retain most of 2channel's old users, and still currently peaks at over 2 million posts per day. In September 2015, Hiroyuki purchased 4chan from Moot, becoming 4chan's second administrator.[2]
Even though on paper he runs 4chan, in reality he has long ceded control of the site to a cabal of discord jannies, each being parceled out a board as their own little fiefdom. The JAnon leaks confirm that it has in fact been months since Hiroyuki has checked in on the site. It is very likely that the janitors control what information reaches his ears so he may not even know about the locking of /qa/. Therefore it is imperative that soyteens contact him ASAP and show him the corruption that has grown in his absence. Or don't, it's obvious that gook faggot really doesn't care and is more interested in making retarded livestreams no one can even understand and shilling 4chan passes.
The leader of this cabal appears to be the infamous 4chan admin "RapeApe" considered by many to be the reason modern 4chan is full of spam and political coal.
In Japan, Hiroyuki frequently appears in the news, and is a popular figure on account of the life advice he gives to people (who assumedly don't know about the 'cuck.) He is a slightly divisive figure but generally liked by the population. He seems to live a life largely free of the burdens of running a shitshow such as 4chan, to the point where an outsider might start to question why he bought it in the first place, given that it's unlikely to generate much profit + the risk in owning such a controversial platform. Why Hiroyuki bought 4chan from Moot remains a topic of intense debate amongst experts and scientists. meds gookmoot isn't real and 4chan is being run by the feds.

Much like they've done with their previous admin Moot with Moot-tan, 4cuck users felt the need to ´depict their new admin as a tranime character, thus Mootwo was born, also known as Hiro-Tan.[3] Although this time its supposed to be an actual male instead of a female like in moot's case, which isn't much of an improvement based on how it still looks like a fucking woman. Also it's now a rabbit instead of a cat, more specifically a usagimimi, which is an anime term or some raisin. Mootwo is thus much less iconic than his Mootcat counterpart because xhe was created way after the 4chan hayday, thus missing out on being an oldfag symbol. In terms of personality, xhe is shown to be very clueless about 4cuck culture much like the man that inspired him, as well as being generally helpless and sissyfied so all the 4cuckers can act like rapeson towards xhim. It's possible that Hirotan is an even more brimmy creation than the Moot version, which is like heckin symbolic of the downfall of 4chan or something.
