The Kolsyetmol Engineers Committee, or Kolsyetmol (Russian: "Колсетмол", from "Колымская Сеть Молодёжи", which is roughly translated to "Kolyma youth network") for short, also sometimes known as the Kolyma Youth, was a youth program by Kolyma Network Corporation in which young members (under the age of 20) are taught how to program in PHP.
