The Kolsyetmol Engineers Committee, or Kolsyetmol (Russian: "Колсетмол", from "Колымская Сеть Молодёжи", which is roughly translated to "Kolyma Youth Network") for short, also sometimes known as the Kolyma Youth, was a youth program by Kolyma Network Corporation in which young members (under the age of 20) are taught how to program in PHP. Other topics such as IRC are touched upon within the program. Within the sharty, although the program was heavily promoted, it is also shrouded with mystery.

The program would often be shilled and associated with a picture of a Kolyma Shoyta, (one can conclude from this alone that it was likely pedophilic) with additional promises like C and Python.

The Kolsyetmol promised a set of perks for youth members, which included the following:
