'O is the 15th letter of the alphabet.

It also refers to any AI-generated content posted on the Sharty (or anywhere in general) that contains disturbing/gory visuals. However, this term can also be rarely used to refer to ACTUAL gore.

The term "'o" very likely originated as a typo of 'P, as the O key on a normal QWERTY keyboard is located right next to P. With the apostrophised term 'o previously having no obvious meaning, 'teens playing along with the typo theorized it was a hypothetical form of shock content "worse than 'p" so traumatic that merely viewing it would cause immense suicidal thoughts. This definition somewhat mirrors the concept of a cognitohazard in the SCP universe, in which "hazardous" sensory input (such as an image or sound) can cause mental harm simply upon the brain processing it. The grotesque visuals of body horror AI images and videos, such as Chicken Factory, led to such content being jokingly referred to as 'o with the aforementioned context, a definition that persists to this day.

Paired with the above explanation, the term's primary usage to refer to gore can also be thought of as a result of apostrophisation being applied to gore just as how 'p originated from CP being apostrophised. It has also lead to a wave of copycat terms that follow the same apostrophised letter format, except with the the letter after the apostrophe being the actual first letter of what the term refers to. The scene then cuts to a Furry Convention where ███████████ Gempass █████████████████████████ Kuz ███████████████ Alicia █████████ and then ████████████████████ and being █████████ while having sex with ███████████ until the ██████████████████████. This happens for 5Ϫ minutes. We are then shown The gruesome corpse of a 'teen. And then text appears over the picture saying "████████ Alicia ██ ████". And then a scene depicting ████████████ Broly. and then █████ ███ ██ ████ ██████████George Floyd getting kicked in the ribs by a horse and then ████ ██ ████████ ████ for 18 minutes. The video ends with a scene depicting ███ █████████ ████ ██████████ ███ █ █████ at a Furry Convention █████ Nettspend ██████████ █████ Frutiger Aero ███ █████ ████████ ██████ ████ with the text saying "████████ ██████████" and "Bodies Never Recovered". On April 13, 2025, Chicken Factory was posted in /soy/, which is an AI-generated video showing grotesque Chicken-like creatures morphing out of eggs with a distorted version of "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" playing over it.. This video is widely considered to be 'o by teens, but is not nearly as Antimatter as 'P or the 'o incident. Since then, more AI body horror videos have been posted on /soy/. This is theorized to be 6th sign of the Toos Epiphany. This video is infamously known for causing convulsions, dizziness and likely epilepsy or sever trauma and PTSD upon viewers.

Pornchasers is a video of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe spilling bees out of his mouth, saying "Pornchasers!", and spilling bees out of his mouth a second time before the video cuts to footage of multiple bodies. Despite the seemingly random series of events occurring throughout the video, some 'teens speculate that there is a deeper meaning to Pornchasers and that the contents of the video are actually meant to employ a deeper meaning beyond Shinzo Abe spitting bees out of his mouth or something. Wasp Factory aka g.mp4 is another video featuring nonsense AI body horror but with insects or sum shit. The audio contains clips of Family Guy videos and random baby cries. It also rivals Chicken Factory in disgustingness.

Opsec Level: Nusoi

Opsec Level: Nusoi is a video that was anonymously uploaded onto SoyBooru on May 24, 2026. The video starts out normally, with a meme of Pepe and V from V for Vendetta with the caption “OPSEC LEVEL: NUSOI” on the bottom. V says “O-P-S-ec level nusoi!” and immediately takes off his mask, revealing himself as Hunky, who resembles some sort of rag doll. About three seconds later, a noose drops from the sky with a brap as Hunky leaves the scene. Pepe says “It’s too brappilled...” as he walks towards the noose and attaches his neck to it. Suddenly, he ACKs and quickly morphs into a grotesque version of himself with three bloodshot eyes and what appears to be flower pedals on his forehead. The screen then goes black. A few seconds later, an AI-rendered slopjak of Pepe is displayed with a caption on the top reading "frogNIGGERS LQST", accompanied by an ear rape version of "Piano Man" by Billy Joel.

Gym 'o

Multiple people are working out in a gym where the floor, walls, ceiling and equipment are made out of flesh dotted with eyes. A woman working out on a treadmill then gets eaten by it. It can be considered an example of Flesh Nexus 'O.

Stroke Simulator, also known as "Can you name one object in this photo?"

The Stroke Simulator is an extremely dangerous and ancient form of 'o. Created with Artbreeder (formerly GANbreeder) in 2019, it is many times worse than the infamous Chicken Factory despite being it only being a still image. The Stroke Simulator can be identified among other cursed AI images with a black shape with an orange eye that stares into your soul in the bottom right corner. It is often paired with text challenging the viewer to try to identify the objects in the image, which heavily amplifies its dangerous effects. Unfortunately, the stroke simulator is relatively common in the wild on the internet, so it can show up unexpectedly without much warning.

It blew up on Xitter for being an incomprehenserald, but its first known appearance was in a thread about GANbreeder on 4cuck's /pol/ board. Some consider a lab leak theory to be plausible when considering how Stroke Simulator made its way into the wild. This is supported by its author alleging he was datamined while generating it.

Notable locations that (You) should avoid include:

• Solar Sands - a jewtuber that made a video about it with the title Can You Name One Object In This Photo? paired with the Stroke Simulator itself as the thumbnail. Avoid at all costs.

A virtual reality form of 'o under the name "VR Torture Box Simulator.exe" was created in the year 2056. It can hook into a VRchat world and cause immediate, permanent mental damage to any player present on the server. It is features a 14 second long extreme body horror AI edited version of a wholesome video of a guy kissing his dog with upbeat music, but the dog's mouth expands grotesquely with massive teeth all across it, before being pulled open by the guy who then ages for 100 years and almost melts, as another extremely ugly old woman lunges at him, breaking the window, her face becoming a hole sack that expands into another monstrosity. Eventually, at the end of the video, the same guy that turned into a monster can be seen turning around and looking out of the window, with his teeth being sharp as needles all across his face. We do NOT recommend looking for this 'o, because some people truly agree that it is the worst one. Though there is a lot of fearmongering around this video, it's not that bad.

A leaked video surfaced on a thread on /soy/, showing a group of people from different countries in a remote facility in █████████████ being unknowingly exposed to the Chicken Factory.
