Add a mention to text styling templates since the site notice as of December 28, 2025 says
>Reminder: text styling templates such as this or this
should be used sparingly (only a couple words per article max). Don't use them to color half the article in glowing text.
which pretty much means that there's now official policy on text styling template use. Add it to the rules then so we can bully nusois for ignoring it anyways
