At the time, it is generally believed to be random as some posts that are spammed don't even contain anything controversial in them.

Allegations

The spam cabal has stayed anonymous and does not talk to anyone, just spamming. This has led to accusations by the Snopes.

CIA

While its generally believed that the spam cabal spams posts randomly to shart the sharty, it is believed the CIA is behind the spams. They use (not so) highly intelligent fent-powered droids to spam posts at random.

Froot Cabal

Due to the recent plummet of the PPH, Froot's vibrator hasn't been working all the time. This may have caused the Froot Cabal to come up with the Spam Cabal to get her vibrator working again.

Schizochud

Legend says of Schizochud, a chudcel who increases the PPH of places for literally no reason. He is believed to make up 99% of The Frog Pond's PPH and 98% of the PPH on dead boards.

AI Mistake
