deleted for the 5 millionth time award

marge why was this deleted for "advertisement"? sncapedia is non-hostile and is used as an article trash dump by literal 'ki jannies & prominent users, and if that's an advertisement to you then delete the Kiwifarms and shiwi page.

Even outside of "muh advertisement" find this deletion kinda stupid considering that sncapedia doesn't even fit within a "list of minors splinters" subsection, nor is it hostile
