Jakstrology
Jakstrology (also known as IAStrology) is an ancient esoteric practice within the Soyical arts whereby astrological principles (i.e. the positions of the stars and other heavenly bodies with respect to earth) are said to influence events within the Soysphere.
Natal jakstrology[edit | edit source]
Arguably the most studied sub-discipline within the field is natal jakstrology, which examines the astrological influences at the birth time of the various 'jak variants. By calculating the exact positions of the heavenly bodies at the time of the first appearance of a 'jak, one can create a "natal chart" and learn a great deal about the personality of a given variant by pondering the energetic influences present in the chart. A list of astrological signs is given below with examples of variants whose "sun sign" aligns with each. The sun sign is the most influential aspect of an astrological chart, and what people typically mean when they say e.g. "I'm a Sagittarius".
