SNCA:Animal Crossing

Animal Crossing is a game series produced by der 'tendo for their hardware and targeted to the youth, the mental youth and those who want to 'ape both the aforementioned groups. The series puts us in control of a white (by default in the earlier titles) human minor of a gender chosen upon starting a new save arriving in a developing settlement and paying off the forced mortgage whilst interacting with the animal inhabitants and working from time to time to earn money. The main selling point is that Animal Crossing is a game that's going on in real time, whether there are any outside inputs or not.
Overall, the games are said to be ruby (The author of this article has only played the first game actively), but the first generation game is quite gemmy, especially for its small size. A word or two could be said about the games' contents: the town you arrive in is generated randomly, along with the choice of its inhabitants. there are about 400 different animals, each character represented by their species, some personality traits and a catchphrase. Technically, every animal is equal to the others, but some are more equal or something. Animals can be talked to and be employed by. Regardless of your relationship with the animal, it can leave at any moment and be immediately replaced by another. The player can earn money and repay the mortgage by selling things to Tom Nook, the very raccoon that has given you the mortgage. The house given to the player can be decorated with furniture and other things sold to and by Nook. There are trees that can be shaken for fruit, money or furniture, but some trees also hide bees (or wasps) that VVILL 'ape the player's character and leave a tumour on their eyelid (unless caught with a net). There are also different insects that have different behaviors and can all be caught to be sold. The player can also catch fish with a fishing rod. Unlike ze bugz, fishes are much retardeder to be catched and simple bait fall.
Old Animal Crossing[edit | edit source]
Some people may refer to the first two North-american installments of the series, Population: Growing (no one calls it dis way tho) and Wild World, as live-sim kino games or however the 4cucka calls them, due to their sharper writing and some "odder" personality traits which some characters used to have, such as Lyle and Redd being petty greedy assholes who were constantly trying to scam you via insurance talk or fake household goods. Never bother with their original japanese versions though, they're usually incomplete, have SNCA holidays and one of the special villagers, Gracie, is a literal faggot.
City Folk is a transitioning point between the old and the new, it was okay though since you were able to troll people via Wii Speak.
Nu-Animal Crossing[edit | edit source]
Ever since New Leaf, the series has been directed by an actual wompa[1] and her mostly women-made team; thus one can conclude that the series is, quite literally, foidslop. Also, New Horizons isn't even a game, it's just a doll house simulator which doesn't even let you play older games like the Gamecube title.
Relation to the 'sphere[edit | edit source]
The game series is best known for a multitude of things on the 'sphere, the most stupid of which is the "Happy 25th anniversary to Animal Crossing!" heading thingy on /v/, as Animal Crossing isn't 25 yet. Another point of interest would be Mist, who wore the skin of Rover from the game for his SoyCraft whatevers. The more important thing would be the 'ty's defeat of minus8, who got abysmally popular with an adult video featuring Ankha from the very same game series.
Weirdpenis made an Animal Crossing animation like 10 years ago or something.
