/soc/ - Cams and Meetups is an NSFW board on 4chan dedicated for people to post pictures of themselves, and their contacts, most notably 'cord tags and servers. For some reason, it's filled to the brim with faggots and trannies. 
There's a mix of NSFW and SFW threads. Some people have (supposedly) become friends and actually met up in real life (This is a lie, everyone on that board is a catfish.)

If you know a dipshit on der 'cord, you can post xheir username on a thread saying they're 18/F/USA and have xheir friend requests be flooded. The best part is that jannies won't give a fuck and they might even change their username to stop it.
