Telegram also known as Russian successor of the 'cord, Der 'gram, Telecord or Discord 2 (ev&oe telegram predates der 'cord by over a year) is an instant messaging service best known for being used by pedophiles, zoosadists, failtrolls and other degenerate criminals. While there are some based chuds and some gemmy channels such as The Dailyjak on Telegram, they are unfortunately heavily outnumbered by the sheer amount of disgusting degenerate criminals. Similar to der 'cord, these criminal groups include CP rings, grooming rings, animal abuse rings, extortion groups and failtrolls. There is likely a lot of overlap between Telegram criminal groups and 'cordniggers with many of these degenerate criminals also being active on der 'cord. To the surprise of absolutely no one, kuz and his LARP group had a major presence on der 'gram.
Unlike 'cord, the only good thing about 'gram is that its devs are somewhat less jewish and allow you to send files up to 2 gigabytes in size.

Telegram accounts are set up by numbers and SMS codes, and give you the option to create a username, a first/last nickname, and profile pictures (which could be videos or GIFs after 2020). SMS codes could also be used via burner numbers/apps/sites, though most make SMS codes a paid feature. Telegram is looking to add the ability to pay for an account number or log in with an email. Alternative mods include Nicegram (for crapple), the Telegram APK (bypasses Google crapstore bans), Telegram X (a different API with custom options), Telegram Plus (allows you to have 10 accounts as opposed to the standard 3, view extra profile details, and save secret cached messages for no extra cost- as well as features that would later be released as "Premium" or updated features), and Nekogram/Nekogram X (allows you to have 10 accounts and a series of customizations particular to these apps. Designed originally for chinks gooks and russkies seeking to bypass government censorship, the disconnected versions are safer than regular Telegem for schizos.)
Users can send text, voice, video, music, file, and embedded messages to other users, channels, groups, and bots- of which there are many designed by Telegram, and many more designed by other users. They can also be called and texted in secret, non-saveable chats, as well as saved to contacts or folders.
Channels can be posted to with a variety of mediums, including but not limited to, messages, pictures, videos, articles, polls, embeds, hidden messages, and forwards. Since 2019, they can be linked to a discussion group, and since 2020, subscribers can comment without joining the discussion group. Channels can hold livestreams or vc's as well as groups. Both mediums can have a private or publicly searchable link- the latter of which can be shadowbanned (and usually is following a platform ban or multiple reports.)
Bots can set up games, be programmed to automatically respond to stimuli or commands, download from a cache or link, ban and add users, detect spam or words, post from a saved cache, convert messages and media, and create customizable sticker packs- a feature objectively better than Dicksword's nitroshit troonmojis. Telegram, however, cannot count them as reacts to posts- and will only count miniature versions of them if you buy their newfangled version of Nitro- Telegram Premium, as of 2022.
Where features and apps go to die, many formerly free offerings were turned into "Premium" features to entice users to waste what amounts to 60 USD per year. However, as Kuz has probably noticed, a Turkish IP knocks that price down to a few broken bucks per year.
Before dicksword, Telegram allowed the ability to save about 200 GIFs for raiding per account, which would cycle out after the limit. It started a strange parasitic cycle between the two stealing eachothers' better ideas- Telegem having better customization, anonymity, VC, filesharing, stability, and archival, Dicksword having more trannies and redditors. A couple admitted security breaches on Hellegram's part pale in comparison to what Unicorn Riot tranny jannies released from within Doxcord- but Hellegram keeps tabs on your IP and device, and can keep your (somewhat imprecise) location if enabled. I haven't been able to figure out a chudly enough backdoor- the only known way to get another's Telegram IP being by having them successfully log in to one of your accounts (and terminating the session with your IP before they can see it.) Hellegram has gone down probably a dozen times in my almost a decade on it for no more than a day, which is impressive for what it is. Russian Coonstagram for thots and prayers.

November 7: the Party, being one of the biggest and certainly one of the most culturally influential imageboards in the world nowadays, is the battleground between multiple warring factions trying to see who can force themselves in the hardest. This war has been going for a while and will never stop. Every group or individual wants to pitch in and see if they can immortalize themselves or their creations by successfully forcing it. Most fail, but some are persistent, and some are malignant or evil. It is not my job to dictate the winners and losers of individual battles, but to prevent any overarching winner from becoming a hegemon, a tumor that forces out everyone else. This is my job.
November 15: I admire the DPRK. Patriotic, family centered, hard working. Their society is in perfect order, everything is in its place, it isnt chaotic. There are no riots, there is no social rot, their is no hatred among the countrymen, and they are shielded from modernity. They, unlike all others in this world, are not cynical, they are hopeful, their lives are peaceful. Every ill in the world does not effect them, it as if their world has gone on unperturbed for decades. No internet, no drugs, nature is unpolluted. Lambasted as hell on earth, their citizens are probably happier than their brothers below, whom suffer from the highest rates of suicide in the world and work themselves to death in terrible conditions.
November 20: I say that a great fortune and wealth has brought me no happiness by itself. Indeed it would have been better for me to be comfortably subsistent. It is a burden on my soul and mind. If I had not been given a great responsibility for which money is needed, I would not even have reached out one finger to preserve it.

January 1: Happy new years to everyone in my channel ❤️ 🎉
I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who made 2022 such a productive and successful year for me. This felt like a year of discovery and learning, and even though I am turning 35 in 2023, it seems like I have only just begun to understand the potential that lies ahead in our future.
I have a lot of plans for 2023, and I will announce them soon in my new years address. Thank you and all of the users in Kolyma for supporting our network in 2023 and holding your faith in the will of the collective. May Allah SWT bless all of you in here and beyond whom are beloved to me. This year, fate will turn in our favor!

January 16: 4chan became desolate, unproductive, and unfun because mods started cracking down on every new forced meme until nothing else remained, nothing new is *allowed* to take off there, everything they dont like is spam. In its current state, only mod approved memes are allowed to succeed, which is why 4chan is just a shell of its former self, full of the same, unfunny, rigid humor its had for years at this point, and why /qa/, the virtually unmoderated final bastion of humor on 4chan, produced more in its short 2019-2021 then the rest of 4chan has since 2013~.
Likewise, I must be careful not to accidentally follow that path.
January 24: The problem with imageboards is that everything naturally devolves into an argument, no matter the topic. Even if a topic has a universal consensus, the people will talk among themselves until they find a disagreement, and they will argue until they are tired. This isn't unique to imageboards, but it is magnified ten-fold on them. This type of community or society can never survive, they are destined from birth to be failures, and slowly peter out until nothing is left. The people believe this to be the natural order, and their opinion cannot be changed. Few can escape this fate.
February 2: The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children believes that end to end encryption should be sacrificed or at least compromised so that law enforcement can better detect and fight distributors of child pornography. In their own words

February 15: Religion, culture, and nations do not exist anymore, the whole of the world has been assimilated. All nations are the same, all peoples are alike. Culture does not exist anywhere on the world, it has been destroyed. Only a globalized fakery of each nations culture and history exists now, to be imitated, displayed in museums, or "remembered"—not lived. Any distinguishable differences between regional human cultures was obliterated in the late 20th century. Religions have been destroyed by practical sciences, and languages have been destroyed or maimed by English influence. Borders are meaningless, all of Europe is alike to one country. Each nation is the same behind the curtains, with a painted-on façade of identity.
March 1: In general, I think it's best for the staff of a community not to interfere with fights between users unless those fights spill over and obstruct or inhibit regular users from using the board. This is something I am a firm believer in, and I try not to be involved in stuff on soyjak.party outside of ensuring it is functional and ensuring the rules are followed. The rules are supposed to be shaped by the community, and thus enforcement tries to please the majority.
I am now largely uninvolved in the day-to-day running of the site and have tried to pick moderators who do not have a significant emotional interest in the site. I have my beliefs on many things discussed there, but I usually keep them to myself, and it's not my interest to impose them on other people, let alone use power to do so. You are free to criticize Russia, for example, and my opinions on most political topics are different from the ones shared by the majority of the users, yet the site is essentially free for all political expressions. I see myself as belonging to no community but kolyma, and I do not give deference to people who share my interests.
My goal is providing a place for the users to communicate and share images. I enjoy the site largely because I have a fondness for large websites of any sort or topic, and I enjoy watching the users evolve, grow, and take control of their future. People, in general, vastly overestimate my involvement and investment in the website and others.
I have not always been as uninvolved as I have been recently, and I acknowledge many past mistakes, but truly, I love all the users for their respective qualities. the Party is an imageboard for "shitposting" and having fun. Taking it seriously always leads you to bad places (I know this firsthand). So relax, and enjoy the site for its qualities.

August 14th: Earthly things do not matter, only love matters. I gave up everything I had, because when I reached the end, all it really was is dust. Metal, earth, plastic, silicone.
