The Stock Market is a grouping of buyers and sellers of a public or private stock of a company on a Stock Exchange.
Stocks[edit | edit source]
Basically a legal deal where you pay to own a part of the company so you might make profit later.
Bonds[edit | edit source]
Essentially a loan you give out to a company or government, you make a profit through interest just like a loan. Although unlike a loan you can sell the bond to another investor during anytime. The problem with bonds is that during financial crisis governments and corportions often default on their Bonds, meaning you lose all your capital!
