Quote, the current owner.

The owner is the person who holds ownership of soyjak.party. In terms of hierarchy, it is the highest position in the Soysphere.

At certain points throughout the website's history, the owner had appointed administrators, who control and maintain the 'arty on xeir behalf while not officially owning it. At other points, the owner acted as administrator ximself, actively ruling over the Party while owning the domain. A metaphor to explain the dynamic between owner and admin is that the owner is like the Queen, who is the figurehead of the nation, while the administrator is like the prime minister, who resides over the land. The current owner of the Party is Quote.

It is important to note that cults of personality are usually centered around the owner rather than the admin(s). People still cried to Froot about the site and treated him like God, ev&oe he barely administered the site by that point. Therefore, eras of the Sharty are usually categorized by who is the owner rather than who is the admin.

Soot

September 20, 2020 - July 14, 2022

The creator and original owner of the sharty. The sole administrator at the time.

Kuz

July 14, 2022 - May 17, 2023

Second owner of the sharty after the Great Purchase. The sole administrator at the time, just like Soot.

Doll

May 17, 2023 - August 22, 2023

Ownership was handed down to Doll after Kuz's diagnosis. This is when the line between admin and owner began to blur. Oversaw the Soypocalypse while attempting to find a new owner.

Froot

August 22, 2023 - May 9, 2025

Fourth owner of the sharty. This is where the distinction between owner and admin became extremely vague with the rise of the Soyumvirate where there were two other admins aside from Froot (Doll and Angeleno). Later on, administration was handed to the Cabal but ownership still firmly belonged to Froot.

Froot handed over ownership to former admin/developer Quote. The Sharty is now in Cabal hands.

Owner 6(?)

Even though there have been a total of nine admins on the sharty (which is a number higher than 6), none of them could really qualify as Admin 6. Perhaps it is more likely that Admin 6 is the sixth owner of the sharty rather than the sixth admin.

Now that we're already at the fifth owner, it seems the time of Admin 6 is coming sooner than expected.
