does this already exist?

Some processes on here aren't automatic and need to be updated regularly, like whenever someone adds Template:Why to a page, they also need to add the page name to Template:Why. Since not all of these processes can be automated ( or it could be hard to implement), how can we as Editors of our the "The Wiki" coordinate to fix it?
