You can't upload them but you can import them. Create a new page at Template:Yourcssfile.css, and paste in the CSS. Then go to Special:ChangeContentModel and enter Template:Yourcssfile.css and change the content model to "Sanitized CSS". I think the antimatter template should stay and all other ones should be removed
First of all, I fully support gradingcaust because the rating templates were fucking unnecessary and every single slightly bad thing was rated brimstone antimatter niggerhell singularity by one lee or whatever. However, I think that antimatter template should be revamped and be LOCKED TO APPROVER+ USERS ONLY, it should only be used in pages like lolicon, 'p, pedophilia, failtroll etc as a way to tell that if you support any of these you publicly get stoned to death and banished, brimstone topics such as tranny, furry, gooner or something stay unrated since ev&oe they are horrible they dont breach the antimatter category. Reddit tldr: only antimatter template should exist, not as a rating but as an indicator of banned horrendous content

the thing about the ratings: barely anyone ever editwarred over them besides a few divided topics, and even then it was just lees
the ratings more often than not represented the opinion of the entire soysphere and provided quick info on it without having to comb through
we should bring them back, but put all rating changes to a vote to prevent warring
The main point of the Template Question that the Gradingcaust was part of was to clear out redundant/useless templates. The vast majority of the rating templates were just subjective reskins of at least one other template. Which somehow caused a lot of nusois to come out of the woodwork to sperg the fuck out because the only thing their ADHD asses cared about were threatened.
The edit wars that happened between people arguing over which specific duplicate template to use were just the last straw that made Cobblestone nvke them.
Even if we bring rating templates back, most of them are staying removed due to being pointless reskins.
