Xhe is basically satoko_houjou_fan. He was a Latinx nigger Mormon who wouldn't shut fuck up about his stupid fucking jailbroken iPhone/iPad, defended apple all the time, and lives on a farm and milks cows and horses all day.
He initially showed up after being directed to the IRC because the site wasn't working for him. Due to him constantly complaining, another Chud said his Wi-Fi was shit, and he should stop being a third-worlder, this made him seethe for hours.
