Aguguland.online was a very weird splinter imageboard dedicated to posting Agugu.
Origin[edit | edit source]
It started on a thread on the Zarty announcing the creation of a new image board[1] where agugu must be posted in every thread. The post is worded in a way meant to imitate Soot's original announcement of the creation of the Sharty. The creator would go by the capcode ## goog and shortly after would write a post with all the rules on the site.[2] According to him, the site was created as a joke project for him to learn how to make an imageboard, and was supposed to last just 1 month.[3] The site was supposed to shut down on 5 of November 2024,[4] but it didn't because goog forgot to turn off autopay for the servers.[5] Eventually, the site did shutdown as intended.
Site Culture[edit | edit source]
The site has an overall uncanny look and feel. The rules notably forbid any type of nsfw content, which removes all pedos and jassycucks from the audience who come with the intention of sharing 'p of Agugu. As a result, most of the users on the site just like to share memes because they find agugu heckin wholesome cute reddit baby or something. The rules also dictate that every post must be related in some way to agugu or the site itself, keeping things mostly on topic. The site only has one board, /agugu/, formally known as AGUGUGUGUGUGUGUGU. The imageboard also has its own theme, appropriately named 'Agugu', which is also the default one. It is a variation of the Yotsuba theme with an orange color palette meant to resemble the hair and skin color of the baby Mymy.

The site also has its own Youtube channel,[6] meant to ape the Sharty video archive. There, videos are uploaded that were presumably posted on the site or made by the creator itself.
