Mustard explaining how the event works

The summer 2025 event began on July 17, 2025 and consisted of two teams, Early Bird and Night Owl, automatically determined by the hour in your time zone, battling over who will get the high score. A new theme, Solunar, was also added to make it easier to tell whenever (You) would be an Early Bird or Night Owl. According to Mustard, Night Owl's score is multiplied due to less traffic during nighttime. It was such a SNCA event that nobody realized it when they quietly ended it on July 24. It ended with presumed Early Bird victory. According to Mustard, the night multiplier was not high enough to make it actually competitive and early birds won by a long shot.^{[he told it to me in the irc or something]}
