The Spade War was a war between 2 groups of posters on the /soy/ board on the soyjak.party.
The conflict was fought between Antispade and Prospade posters over if Spadeson should be banned from /soy/.
Conflict[edit | edit source]
Prelude[edit | edit source]
When Spadeson activity started to rise again after it's ban got removed, tensions had started to grow between people who liked Spadeson, considering him a "BBC gemerald"[it just is, ok?], and people who loathed him, calling him forced NAS coal. On 18 August 2024, This powder keg would be set off in a fit of autistic rage by Slvt4BIBISI after the janny banned namefagging off /soy/ where xe would spam spadeson with her 'cord buddies for hours until janny silenced xem. This would lead to the first Antispade thread to be posted the next day after their spam resumed.
The 1st Thread[edit | edit source]
On 19 August 2024, a thread was made calling for people to reply to get Spadeson banned.[1] This thread almost immediately started gaining traction, generating hundreds of replies. After Antispades got ID 8340000[2], One person started spamming the thread so the replies could reach 500,[3] and then 1000. They also got the 8377777 get on August 23rd.[4] The thread, on August 30th got slid.
The 2nd Thread[edit | edit source]
The next day, Prospades created a thread of their own, calling Antispades "obsessed".[5] This led to a slapfight between Antispades and Prospades, with each side calling each other a "spadelee".
The 3rd Thread[edit | edit source]
Later on in the day, a thread was created revealing that most Prospades were from the Afterparty 'cord. This caused many leaks of an Afterparty member to get leaked.[it just is, ok?] During this thread things started to die down, and the consensus was Spadeson was not going to get banned (because Froot likes seeing people pissed off and Nudev sees it as "Sharty culture"[it just is, ok?]), but according to datamining polls it should have been.[6]
The 4th Thread[edit | edit source]
On 21 August 2024. a thread was created saying that "the stuff that triggers (You) will not be banned.".[7] This post got a lot of attention from Antispades, calling it a "cord thread". This led to another slap fight between Antispades and Prospades.
The 5th Thread[edit | edit source]
Later that day, another thread was made by a Prospade, in this thread, it was revealed that some prospades are Soylita posters.[8] This gave great ammunition to Antispades, giving them another chance to call Prospades pedophiles, and give another reason why they should be banned.
Skirmishes[edit | edit source]
Smaller threads are still being made by Slvt4BIBISI and other Prospades (and sometimes Antispades) trying to stoke the flames, but this has worked to a lesser extent. Notable Skirmishes include:Soylita Prospade posts, and posts talking about it.[9][10]

When the Frootniversary happened, fighting fizzled out as everyone was too focused on helping their nigger board.
