Obesity is the build-up of excess fat in a human's body. It is often the result of overeating and a lack of exercise. Obese people are also referred to as "Fat", “Blubbery” Or “American”.
Science[edit | edit source]
Contrary to what (((some activists))) might say, obesity is unhealthy; not only does it clog the heart, preventing it from pumping blood, it also causes immense strain on the legs, slowly crippling the butt. Fatties also live shorter lives.
Excess fat causes body to have chronic inflammation, which makes all of their lives miserable, and damages organs. Inflammation caused by fat tissue causes Insulin Resistance and then Type 2 Diabetes. Excess fat also causes more rapid DNA damage and as a result, cancer. Your whole body operates shitty, and any condition WILL be worsened by being obese.
The most obvious sign of obesity is an enlarged belly. However, you can be of healthy BMI and acceptable in society, but still be overweight or even obese, it's called being "skinny fat", it's caused by complete lack of muscle mass and excess of fat tissue. You can calculate your body fat % with this calculator: https://www.bizcalcs.com/body-fat-navy/.
The best ways to get rid of obesity are laying off of the ultra processed foods (90% of weight loss) and cardio, like long walking and incline walking (10% of weight loss). Managing your diet is MUCH more important than exercise, since a single donut can completely ruin a 2 hour walk or a 30 minute run. You should prioritize high-volume and low-calorie food, like fruits and vegetables, lean meats, fish, whole grains, beans and such. Avoid calorie dense food like goyslop, nuts, seeds, soft drinks (you can replace them with 0 calorie variants), butter, sauces and such.
Losing excess fat tissue[edit | edit source]
To lose weight you simply have to eat less calories than you need. But there are many degrees to it depending on how much are you ready to devote your time and energy to fitness. Here are these levels:
IDGAF[edit | edit source]
If you don't give a fuck about calories, macronutrients and other shit like this, you simply should exclude all liquid calories like soylent, coffee additives, energy drinks, coke, and incredibly calorie dense foods like pastry and anything deep fried. If you do all of that and you still don't lose weight, then you should only 1 or 2 times a day, and if you get hungry inbetween, eat fresh fruits and grilled chicken.
IGAF[edit | edit source]
If you are ready to dive deeper into fitness and nutrition, then you should count your calories and macros. There are many details to it, so there are they
- Counting calories - First calculate your TDEE and body fat percentage. You can use https://sailrabbit.com/bmr/ to count your calories, and US navy formula to calculate your body fat (any online calculator will work. Second is to buy a food scale, they are incredibly cheap. Also you should learn how to cook.
- Creating a deficit - This is the most important part, where people fuck up the most. Don't create a deficit too large, or else hunger will be so strong that you will fall off tracks. Losing weight is not just about changing the number on the scales, it's about changing your entire way of life, and it happens slow and steady, not over a course of a month or a week. You should create a deficit of about 20% below your maintenance level, but if you are very fat, you can create a deficit where you lose 1% of your total body weight per week until you reach <30% body fat. If you create a deficit too large, you will lose a lot of muscle mass, which will slow down your metabolism and potentially lead to Diabetes since muscles are very good at glucose management.
- Macros - They don't really matter as long as you hit your protein, fibre and calorie goals. You should eat about 1g of protein per 1cm of your height at best, or 2g of protein per 1kg of your lean body mass at bare minimum. It will preserve your muscle mass. Fibre is also very important, not only it will support your gut health, it will help you to feel fuller since it will slow down the digestion, and expand in size in the stomach which will make you feel fuller. You should eat 25-30g of fibre daily.
In Soyjaks[edit | edit source]
Soyjaks are not usually represented as fat, but they are often represented as "skinny fat" due to the nutritionally poor diet of soyboys, who have virtually no muscle, with the remainder of their fat deposits sagging from the belly.

Most fat jokes in soy culture are directed towards mutts, due to the prevalence of goyslop in the USA. More recently, satoko_houjou_fan has been the butt of these jokes.
