Soyphobia, also known as Shartyphobia, is the irrational fear of, hostility towards, or hatred of soyjaks, soy culture, soyposters or soyjak.party.
There are many ways Soyphobia is practiced, for example banning soyposters, insulting soyposters, wordfiltering soyspeak, calling soyjaks wojaks or "wojacks", or assuming the Sharty is 4chan.

Soyphobia is regarded by many soyentists as beginning in early 2018 on 4chan, when jannies there started persecuting soyposters under the belief that soyposting is nothing but "low effort spam" made to derail and deter actual discussion. In April of that year, 4chan later wordfiltered the word "soy" to "onions" and "based" if 2 letters were written after "soy"[a] on all boards except /ck/ and /int/. For many years, Soyposters were frequently subjected to hate and death threats by many regular 4chan users, along with constant bans. The 4chan moderation team’s hatred of soyjaks eventually culminated into the Great Soyset, which lead to hundereds of ‘jakkers being expelled from their beloved board, looking for new places to take refuge.
