Tiny Peckers are forms of male genitalia of an exceptionally small size. Although the name 'pecker' already implies it its small, there has to be the extra adjective of 'tiny' to truly convey the magnitude of how small they are.

Context

That idea of accusing your opponents of having a small dick is nothing new, as that implies they simply lack the testosterone to make a woman feel pleasure. But in the context of the Sharty, it is either a result of racebaiting or soyquoting. With Soysphere culture being often absurdist, many times the pecker of the 'jak in question is so small that it is implied that it reaches subatomic levels or that a magnifying glass is required to see it, which is impossible to happen irl, if that matters. In fact, they are so small that their drawings are not even detailed enough to be considered nsfw, with most looking like a tiny bump on the jak's crotch to merely give the implication. Since the majority of Soyjaks are made to make fun of others, the greater part of naked jaks in the booru have tiny peckers, although BWC and BBC variants still exist.
