Doorbell Chud, powerword Jason Thomas Nichols, is an American man best known for breaking into someone's house looking for their underage daughter, and also bears a striking resemblance to Chudjak. He gained widespread attention due to the proliferation of the Ring door camera video taken right before the break-in, in which he claims to be named "Harry Dresden" (the name of the protagonist of some SNCA novel series). The video has gained popularity both within the Soysphere and the rest of the internet, and has his very own subvariant tag on the 'ru (ev&oe it only has 10 posts at the time of writing).
Following the break-in, Nichols was quickly arrested and taken into custody. He was charged with four felony counts, and his bail was increased from $35,000 to $250,000 following a preliminary hearing on April 13, 2026.
