  • February 5 - Earliest known appearance of Science Lover is posted on 4chan's /int/.[5]
  • February 18 - First use of the term Marge to express confusion on 4chan's /tv/.[6]

  • April 15 - Earliest known appearance of Feraljak is posted on 4chan's /v/.[7]
  • April 22 - Earliest known appearance of Hot Sauce is posted on 4chan's /ck/.[8]

  • June 24 - Earliest known appearance of ESAM is posted on 4chan's /v/.[10]
  • June 26 - KnowYourMeme shitposter Southern Yeehaw starts flooding KYM with soyjaks.[11]

  • July 20 - One of the most successful soyquote threads ever is posted on /a/. This thread was left up for hours and garnered an impressive amount of replies. It was likely left up as an experiment by the moderation team.[12]

September '20[edit | edit source]

  • September 3 - Earliest known appearance of Phillip is posted on 4chan's /qa/.[20]
  • September 20 - Soot announces the creation of soyjak.party on /qa/.[21] A poll was made on the same day asking users if /b/ should be deleted off the site.[22]
  • September 21 - Earliest known appearance of Soytan is posted on /soy/.[23] Chino-chan gets the first sticky on /soy/.[24] 500 posts.
  • September 22 - Soot adds the /raid/ board.[25] Another sticky on /soy/.[26] 800 posts.
  • September 23 - File size limit is now 10mb and webms are now sound enabled.[27] 1000 posts.
  • September 24 - Soot deletes /g/, and replaces it with /int/.[28] Soot registers the domain Basedjak.party.[29]
  • September 25 - Janny applications are opened.[27] Cirno thread is stickied to /tv/, OP is publicly banned.[30][31]
  • September 26 - 2000 posts.
  • September 27 - Earliest known appearance of Wholesome Soyjak is posted on 4chan's /qa/.[32] The default name is changed from "Anonymous" to "Chud". /giga/ is baleeted. the Party raided 4chan's /trash/ board and wiped 3 pages.[33] A thread on /trash/ was made a day prior warning about the raid,[34] but it was still a success anyway, marking the first ever raid conducted by soyjak.party, with many more to come.
  • September 28 - Soot announces mc.soyjak.party.[27] the Party raided mlpol, starting a long line of raids against mlpol that lasted for several months. This led to the first large-scale and coordinated spam attack against the Party,[35] in which many images of mlp porn and IRL horse porn were spammed on the Party's /raid/ board.
  • September 29 - the Party raided the /aco/ board on 4chan, wiping one page worth of threads.[36]
  • September 30 - Earliest known appearance of Objectjaks is posted on 4chan's /qa/.[37]

  • October 1 - Soot deletes /holo/ and /kr/.[38] GETs 3300 and 3333 are achieved.
  • October 3 - Soot adds /pol/.[39]
  • October 7 - /soy/ surpasses 4000 posts.[40]
  • October 12 - /soy/ surpasses 4500 posts.
  • October 14 - A Schizo meltdown on /qa/ leaks over to the Party, resulting in Doctor Soyberg being killed, which starts The Asylum Arc. After making fun of a /qa/ user's schizophrenia during a board wide meltdown,[41] the "snekposter" proceeded to gloat about it on /soy/, causing a massive schizo rampage on both websites. At some point during this, Soyberg went to the thread in an attempt to calm things down (he was spotted earlier on /qa/ doing the same thing),[42] at which either one or many posters attacked him, killed him and "[were] plotting to eat him". Its unknown if his face was ripped off in the thread, or if it was a later addition to the story. The "Confession" makes no mention of it, only saying that he mashed Soyberg "into a mess of soy sauce and tofu." The "Face Ripped Off" tradition is first substantiated by an edit of a Schizo wearing Soybergs Face and clothing, which was posted around Oct 17th, three days after Soybergs death.[43]
  • October 18 - Soytan is replaced with Doctor Soyberg for the Homepage.[44]
  • October 20 - /soy/ surpasses 6000 posts.

  • November 2 - wiki.soyjak.party is announced.[27]
  • November 3 - "Kara boga gets banned on sight from now on".[45][Marge...] In less relevant news Joe Biden gets elected as president of the United States of America.
  • November 18 - /soy/ surpasses 20000 posts.[46]
  • November 19 - Soot adds /sneed/.[27]
  • November 27 - Max file size is increased to 50mb.[47]
  • November 29 - /soy/ surpasses 30000 posts.[48]

  • December 1 - jfif is now fully supported.[27]
  • December 3 - The first recorded Cytube thread happened on soyjak.party[49]
  • December 4 - the Party raided [s4s] on 4chan,[50] making 26 threads and wiping 1 and a half pages.[51] This was the first raid against [s4s] committed by the Party.
  • December 7 - The first incarnation of The Dailyjak goes up.[52]
  • December 20 - Earliest known appearance of Impish Soyak Ears is posted on /soy/.[53] Contemporary reactions are divided, and tension slowly begin to mount.
  • December 21 - /soy/ surpasses 40000 posts.[54]
  • December 27 - Earliest known appearance of Markiplier Soyjak 2 is posted on 4chan's /qa/.[55]
  • December 28 - Earliest known appearance of El Perro Rabioso is posted on 4chan's /int/.[56]
