Phillip, formerly known as Guinness World Record Soyjak 2, is a soyjak variant with a large gape based off Pennsylvania 'teen Phillip Angus. Phillip, along with Isaac (GWR Soyjak 3) and Bernd, were created due to the popularity of the original GWR soyjak, Gapejak.
World Record History[edit | edit source]
Back in 2020, inspired by a YouTube video of Bernd Schmidt, Phillip Angus would set the Guinness World Record for largest mouth gape at 9.52 cm, defeating the previous recordholder Isaac Johnson by 0.72 centimeters.[2] Isaac would come back the next year though, after taking illegal performance enhancing drugs, to reclaim the title with a new gape measurement of 10.175 cm. Ever since then, it can be assumed Phillip has been training his jaw to get revenge someday.
Soyjak History[edit | edit source]
The Philip Soyjak was created in a thread on /qa/ about Bernd, in which a user would share an article of the new recordist. Someone else then requested a soyjak to be made out of him by saying

To which the Philipjak creator would reply with
>Now
alongside the image of the jak attached. Xhe would then upload a bald version and receive praise from other users.
Connections to Turkey[edit | edit source]
For whatever reason, a specific edit of Phillip that portrays him as a Turkroach became very popular on the SoyBooru. This has led to Phillip being dragged into countrywars and slopjak edits against his will, which is quite unfortunate for him.
