An existential Crisis is a psychological phenomenon experienced often by every true soyjak. Typically occurring while consooming a heckin' scary and intellectual video essay on the 'tube about how the afterlife doesn't exist (because it just doesn't, okay?) and that we're all friggin' insignificant on a cosmic scale despite the very same science they worship preaching the opposite. Characteristics of an existential crisis include questioning ones mortality and the meaning of life (there isn't any because Kurzgesagt said so im trans btw), or something to that effect.

They are le bad because they encompass the type of thoughts your brain will do everything in its power to suppress and distract you from. Media designed to cause an existential crisis in the viewer is nothing more than a Jewish psyop to demoralize the goyim and make them more willing to accept hyper-degenerate acts because nothing matters and we're all going to die and return to the heckin' godless oblivion one day, or however the cookie crumbles. Meds, it's probably just made for the shekels.

Anyone can experience an existential crisis, even you, but it most frequently happens in both Atheists and proud Science Believers due to their shared lack of belief in an Afterlife. Which is funny because they're amplifying the problem or whatever. Most will quickly snap out of it after realizing how stupid either their thoughts or the video they're consooming sounds. However, for others, the demoralization bait is extremely effective, leading them down an unfortunate path. This can range from being as tame as doing nothing of value in life to as severe as murder or pedophilia. Hiding under the guise of "nothing matters anyway, isn't that great?".

Overall, just be a bad little goyim and avoid anything existential crisis related and you'll be fine.
