Abortion lovers get extremely angry if you show them pictures of aborted babies because they're "gory" and "offensive". They also love making up hilariously unlikely steel-man situations to justify abortion, like if a disabled immigrant 5 year old got gang-raped by 50 of her family members and became pregnant with a deformed mutant baby that isn't going to live and also she will die if she doesn't get an abortion. If you tell them you support abortion in that one exceptional case, they will get angry because they just use it as an excuse for the 96% of abortions that are performed for literally no reason at all. They do this because lying is the only way to defend baby murder.
