A transheart is an icon of a heart overlaid with the transgender pride flag and outlined in red. It is used ironically to express an extreme liking for retarded goyslop.

"I Transheart Nigger" is Shirtjak's favorite phrase. It mocks soyboys/wokies that worship niggers, or cuckservatives/alt-lite figures who worship based niggers.
