"Don't trust any Article you see, read every revision in this Article's history to learn the truth." (often written as "Don't <verb> any <noun> you see. <verb> every <noun> in this Article's history to <action>") is a reoccurring inside joke among templates on this wiki that originated on Encyclopedia Dramatica. Often changing the words to make it relevant to the topic the template is about. Also illustrated in this template is the "action" taking the form of "become <noun>'s <thing>", first seen in the jarty template below:

Its first known use is on the censorship template (see below) where it began to spread outwards, first infecting the discord template.
