Kayfabe

Kayfabe is the portrayal of staged or otherwise fictional events as if they were real. The term originated in pro wrestling and has been used to refer to certain aspects of the Sharty and Soystory. Generally, the audience is expected to suspend their disbelief when kayfabe is in place.

• Dr. E. He is confirmed to have been a character played by Froot.
• Chood. He was alleged to be Dr. E and Max, though with Dr. E having been a character Froot played, it's currently unclear who played Chood. What is known is that he was someone else acting anonymously.
• Almost everything about KolymaNET, including Max. Due to him not being present in the Kuzcord leaks, Max was a character played by either Kuz or Kaguya.
• NuAdmin, who was confirmed to be Root acting anonymously after having faked retirement.
• Root's second retirement after NuAdmin disappeared. In March of 2026, it was revealed that Root had faked retirement AGAIN and was secretly moderating anonymously as an advisor afterwards, only leaving for real after the Second Great Handover.
• The Death of 9a0c. He was just rebranding as Limeade, who has now been demoted and 'nished (rest in piss faggot).
• Boot's promotion to admin. He was Limeade.
• Jimbo's temporary return on the 'ru. He was speculated and later confirmed to be one of the Quotist jannies or admins pretending to be him after hacking his account.
• Foot on the Shemmy. He was confirmed to be DOLL on an alt, trying to intentionally run the Shemmy into the ground.
• Terrycrews. He was confirmed to be Ronald.
• Mist's alternate accounts on soysphere and splintersphere sites, those being Poot, Tenor, Sucre, Cheddar, and Peter.

• The different owners of the site. Many 'teens believe that Soot, Kuz, DOLL, Froot, Quote, and Salt are all actually the same person.
  • Many, many different pieces of information involving Kuz. See Kuz's identity for more.
  • Salt in particular is speculated to be Quote or Ronald on an alt to some.
• Soyvil wars, or at least parts of them.
• Toot, Foot/DOLL's manager on the Shemmy is speculated to have been Quote.
• Jubille, an unpopular former Booru admin, being either Limeaide or Mustard.
• Salt's Faildox may have been intentionally made by Salt to try and obfuscate his true identity.
