Profound mental metardation is a clinical condition often found in Feraljaks, where someone has an IQ level well below functionally retarded.

Those with profound mental retardation seem to display a high level of aggressiveness and verbal incoherence well below ESL levels. They seem to be unable to to form any sort of functional argumentation and are completely unable to properly comprehend reality beyond the most basic of instincts. Their brains seem to be so dumb that they absorve all energy around them, forming so much density that creates a mini blackhole.
