According to the heckin dick-tshunarey, a parasite is a "organism that lives in on an organism of another species (its host) and benefits by depriving nutrients at the other's expense." Logical Thinking

We know that Vitamin C deficiency results in depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's, gastrointestinal disease, fatigue, death, and cancer?. If Vitamin C supports the immune system which fights parasites, and Vitamin C deficiency causes all of those things, could those things actually be caused by a deficiency in Vitamin C leading to rapid multiplication and colonization of the host? Trustworthy peer reviewed soyentific studies show that alcohol interferes with absorption of vitamins and nutrients, and damages the blood-brain barrier, and other bad side effects. If alcohol damages the nutrients needed for proper immune function, would this make a host more susceptible to parasites?
