The DrawAFish Raid was a joint raid on https://drawafish.com orchestrated by the Sharty and KiwiFarms, with KF logos, Soyjak fish, and the 'slot being submitted to the website.
Overview[edit | edit source]
On August 2, 2025, Kiwi Farms users discovered[4] drawafish.com, a website that allows you to draw a fish and submit it to swim around in a tank with other fish. Wholesome! Kiwis quickly decided to create Kiwi Farms-related fish submissions, though the first reply in the thread was a Soyjak, making this thread a total Sharty win. Later on, threads were made on /raid/[5] and /soy/[6], marking the Sharty's entrance into the raid.
Escalation[edit | edit source]
The site has a simple fish-ranking system, allowing you to upvote and downvote[oh my reddit!!!] fish that users submitted. 'teens in the thread posted a console command that allowed mass voting on fish because the dev didn't validate xheir IPs or something. This allowed easy bvmping of gemmy fish on the site's 'log.
Initially, chudding up the site was reliant on fooling the AI fish-detector, which was trained to detect penises and swastikas and send low-probability fish to janny approval. A codeGOD in the thread then discovered that more browser console commands could be used to bypass the fish detector and submit 'jaks directly. This lead to 'jaks and other gems being posted to the site, with the eventual introduction of a drawscript completing the gemmification of the tank.
A 'teen somehow (they were in a breach GEG) obtained admin credentials to the website, allowing others to delete coal fish and approve gemmy ones.
Another 'teen scraped their database with IPs, emails and hashed passwords
It's over (mostly)[edit | edit source]
On August 4, 2025, the dev would publish a postmortem[7] on his blog, outlining the various security issues that were exploited over the course of the raid and how he patched them. This would mark the end of the drawing portion of the raid. Notably, the dev is aware of votescripts and has no plan to ratelimit voting further, nor restrict votes that can be given per IP. Given that some Kiwifish have survived the Drawocaust [oy vey] and the occasional chuddy fish still swims by the jannies, the site's leaderboards may still be a 'teen battleground for years to come.
