Feralspeak(Peraledene) is a work-in-progress language branched directly from Proto Vulgar Soyish, another language apart of the Soyish language family tree which stems from Soyspeak. (marge who is the autistic caca who keeps developing this SNCA?)(Dunno, it's made by another anonymous 'teen o algo) Unlike its sister language, which completely threw out almost the entire PV Soyish vocabulary to start from a clean slate, Feralspeak deconstructs all the 200+ words from the original PV Soyish Dictionary and uses them to form entirely new words, other linguistical rules and sentence structures; allowing for the language be le heckin incomprehensible to der normgroids.

How new words are made[edit | edit source]
New words in Feralspeak always come from Proto Vulgar Soyish, so this means if there's a word that doesn't exist, it MUST be made up from PVS words.
Feralspeak follows a Romance-like sound shift which would look like the following;
- t ➡ d
- d ➡ t
- w ➡ v
- f ➡ b/p
- p ➡ f
- b ➡ p
- s ➡ z/s
- sh ➡ zh/s/z
- th ➡ d/t
- m ➡ n/m (most commonly at the end of words)
- n ➡ m/n (same as m to n)
Feralspeak also like to combine words that exist in PVS to create new meaning, or to replace words that don't exist in PVS. Also, words that don't exist just take from words with similar meaning and just add random shit to the end of that word that follows a Latin-like sound pattern.
Borrowing almost never happens. Only 4-2 words in Feralspeak are borrowed from real languages, but if PVS were to branch out more, the possibility of borrowing and changing the words to sound like Feralspeak could happen if new PVS languages keep words from PVS.
Phonology[edit | edit source]

Double letters means it's a long vowel to make Feralspeak more readable. When adding suffixes or cases, add (').
dratoos'esna, bugii'ootela, yuu'uuna, etc.,
VOWELS[edit | edit source]
There are 10 vowels just like in Latin.
a e i o u and their long forms
Here is the IPA characters for them.
a e ɛ ɪ i ə u ɒ o
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vowel
CONSONANTS (really just the alphabet without vowels)[edit | edit source]
- b
- c (Always k, never s, can be ch if next to h)
- d
- f
- g
- h
- j (English j)
- l
- m
- n
- p (Always p, never f)
- q
- r (rolled r)
- s (Never sh when next to h)
- t
- v
- w
- x (English x)
- y (Germanic j, English y)
- z (zh when next to h)
May add other letters later, but for now, Feralspeak is meant to be easily typed with an English keyboard.
Grammar[edit | edit source]
The grammar is different from English in the sense that it uses suffixes called cases to form grammatical meaning. Instead of words, there are 7 cases in Feralspeak. Words that end with a short vowel get replaced by the case being used if the case starts or is a short vowel example; eden'a instead of edene'a eden'um instead of edene'um
- nomative ➡ a
- accusative ➡ oos
- dative ➡ iiboos
- ablative ➡ edes
- genitive ➡ um
- locative ➡ aiisoos
- instrumental ➡ eles
Refer to the Wikipedia link for information of these cases.
Feralspeak uses the word order SVO, but with the case system, it can be in any word order.
