I Heil Hitler Nigga (IHHN) is the name given to a photo of a man with Down's syndrome standing outside his house, wearing a purple king robe and crown with a black T-shirt reading "I HEIL HITLER NIGGA". Through research, experts have identified the man as a TikToker from New Zealand named Ivory McGregor. It is currently unknown when and/or where the original image was posted; it is possible that McGregor posted it to one of his social media profiles and later deleted it.
The image became a meme in mid-2024 among chuddy X users who made numerous edits of McGregor, often featuring him raising a glass of wine or ACKing a Troonjak. It soon spread to the Sharty where it is occasionally posted in threads.
