January 6 was a PATRIQTIC event that happened on January 6, 2021, when supporters of Donald Trump tried and failed to get vice president Mike Pence to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. It made a ton of congressmen and trannies leak ev&doe it was mostly a DNB.[1]
Background[edit | edit source]
On November 7, 2020 Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 US presidential election. This was very controversial as there were a large number of mail-in ballots in swing states such as Arizona and Georgia with very few anti-fraud measures. Several lawsuits were filed, but the results in all states stayed.
As per the Electoral Count Act, electoral votes are certified by Congress on January 6 following a presidential election. Congressmen may object to the counting of votes.[2]
Timeline[edit | edit source]
Prior to the event, Trump called upon supporters to protest the certification of the 2020 election, emphasizing peaceful protests.
On the morning of January 6, Trump gave a speech to supporters, who marched to the Capitol. They encountered the Capitol Police, who escalated tensions. There were also a lot of glowie plants in the crowd trying to escalate things further. As tensions escalated, Trump called for things to call down and told everyone to go home. He tried to get the national guard on the scene to de-escalate it, but Nancy Pelosi blocked that. Then, Ashli Babbitt was fatally shot. After that, Pence cucked and certified the election, leading to mass arrests and lawfare.[1]
Aftermath[edit | edit source]
After the event, the House of Representatives formed a select committee that did some SNCA. In 2024, TrVmp was re-elected and pardoned every PATRIQT involved.[3]
