Ice is water that is frozen into a solid state, forming at or below temperatures of 0°C in 1 atm of pressure.
It is also short for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an anti-spic federal chudstapo agency founded on March 1st, 2003 by the Department of Homeland Security following the September 11th terrorist attacks in the U.S. It is best known for deporting illegal immigrants back to Mexico. ICE has occasionally been used for GlowNVKES. They are a good GlowNVKE resource if your target is an illegal alien, has violated some sort of US immigration or customs law, or has made threats against the Department of Homeland Security. Most of the antimatter tranny gegbvlls the Sharty 'oxes are leftists, so it shouldn't be too hard to find these sorts of threats from them.
