UB3R, real name Benjamin David King, was an American alleged pedophile and user of soyjak.party whose botched suicide went viral on the sharty. UB3R ran a Minecraft channel, which generally did parkour videos. He later had a slow mental decline, with his last video being uploaded called "When are the doctors gonna fix me," which was a video of a car's windshield wipers brushing away leaves.[1]
Allegations of Pedophilia[edit | edit source]
UB3R was accused of running a Discord in which he groomed minors and posted child pornography in. He was also proven to have made a few edits of MAPson and made edgy pedo jokes.
UB3R made a confession on his Discord where he confessed to possessing and masturbating to child pornography. According to CptBBQ, a friend of UB3R and channel moderator, he was just being edgy.
Suicide[edit | edit source]
On November 19, 2022, UB3R streamed his suicide to YouTube.[2] The video very quickly spread to DocumentingReality.com, which is where reuploads first showed up.[3] Later on, his parents disabled comments on the channel. The comments from the livestream can still be read here.[4]
The suicide was botched due to him not properly securing the brace, which was supposed to cut off his blood circulation, but instead cut off his lung circulation, which caused him to more painfully die of suffocation.
Connection to the Sharty[edit | edit source]
UB3R posted multiple things that contained soyjaks and also used "gem" and "coal".
The mod from the livestream, CptBBQ, follows Kuz on Twitter and has a playlist that has a Pinejak video, which was uploaded by Kuz.[5]
It was confirmed that both of them were soyteens after CptBBQ wrote on Discord that he showed ub3r 'jakking in 2020 and followed Kuz because he "thought him and the stuff around him is cool." The colorjak post was also proven to be made by CptBBQ.[6][7]
