A Tone Indicator is a combination of letters that people online use to show that they are joking or being serious. However only a certain type of person really uses these and you should probably avoid using these because they look ridiculous, they are for people who cannot read tone via text. There are dozens of different tone indicators all with a different purpose and meaning but most people end up only using about three of these because they are the only relevant ones /srs. Even though 'teens basically use these in form of minerals.
People who use tone indicators are mostly autists, troons, and pooners.
Tutorial[edit | edit source]
You can use a tone indicator by using an / and a corresponding letter. If you would like to indicate that you are telling a hilarious comedic joke you would end your sentence with /j. Maybe you're being a little serious and would like to indicate to your gang of crippled people that you are not joking you would use /srs
There are more tone indicators but these already look really stupid and only a total moron would need to indicate to people that they are joking via tone indicators.
List of these[edit | edit source]
- /j is supposed to represent that you are telling a wholesomerino joke
- /s represents sarcasm
- /SRS is for serious discussions ONLY
- /hj stands for half joking but is usually used by little bitches who want to be passive aggressive
- /g or /gen means "genuine"
- /lh light hearted, this tone indicator is supposed to represent that you are just messing around and not picking on someone (why not just use /j?)
- /nsx means no sexual intent
- /pos stands for positivity
