Transphobia is a normal human response toward people who allow themselves to be mutilated and brainwashed into something that is only theorized to be from the opposite sex[you mean like benis in bagina or like my gender studies?]. Contrary to the suffix "-phobia", it does NOT mean a fear of trannies. It involves a rational hatred towards trans people, often triggered by being affected by their actions and attitude. Transphobia is considered to be the internet version of walking into someone’s house, knocking over their coffee mug, and then yelling at them for being scared of spiders.

List of symptoms from exposure to trans people[edit | edit source]

A patient showcasing one of the symptoms
  • Mental fatigue
  • High blood pressure and induced rage when sighting pastel colors and English pronouns
  • Homicidal thoughts
  • Heavy usage of the acronym "YWNBAW"
  • Denying access to women's bathrooms to people who possess XY chromosomes.
  • Intrinsic desire to pile-drive trans people into the ground
  • Stomping on trans people's heads

Roots and Origins[edit | edit source]

While transphobia has only been recently studied, its modern iteration can be traced back to the early 1900s, particularly during the "German Book Burning" event of May 10, 1933. This was part of a broader campaign to rid Germany of anything related to sodomy, particularly those associated with liberalism, communism, pacifism, and Jewish intellectualism. The Nazis burned books that they considered "degenerate" or ideologically dangerous to the well being of German people. As transphobia continues to grow, it has since been popularized by individuals who have a great understanding of biology and a strong aversion to any form of self mutilation.

Medical treatment[edit | edit source]

Oy vey, not that book

While still experimental, different experts in mental healthcare have been trying various methods to treat this type of phobia:

Self diagnosis[edit | edit source]

If you are still unsure whether you may be affected by transphobia, we provide this handy questionnaire to test yourself.

  1. Do you believe that someone's gender should always match the sex they were assigned at birth?
  2. Do you find it difficult to respect a transgender person's chosen name and pronouns?
  3. If a transgender person tells you about their gender identity, do you feel the need to question or challenge it?
  4. Do you feel uncomfortable or dismissive when someone discusses being non-binary or genderqueer?
  5. Do you think transgender people should not be required to undergo surgery or medical procedures in order to be “valid”?
  6. Do you believe that transgender people are more likely to cause problems in public spaces like bathrooms or changing rooms?
  7. Do you believe that transgender people are just “confused” or going through a “phase”?
  8. Do you think transgender people have less of a right to participate in sports, especially if the competition is divided by gender?
  9. Do you believe transgender people should not be allowed to serve in the military or work in certain professions?
  10. Do you laugh at or make jokes about transgender people, especially their gender identity or transition process?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these, you’re probably a transphobe. Seek help, talk to real people, and consider expanding your worldview beyond whatever you read on Daily Mail.
