Zoophilia, sometimes also called Zoosexuality, Zooerasty^{[Outdated term]} or "being Zoo", is the sexual attraction to non-human animals. It is a mental illness, and is classified as a paraphilic disorder. In soyspeak, it is referred to as 'Z and is rarely also used to describe zoosadist material.

The term Zoophilia is often used interchangeably with Bestiality, a term which specifically refers to sexual intercourse with non-human animals.

Bestiality is universally considered one of the most heinous acts one can commit in virtually all societies across the world, almost all countries and religions have laws against it in the form of animal abuse laws or laws on crimes against nature. ζ / Zeta

The greek lowercase Zeta ζ or occasionally the letter Z, is commonly used within zoophilic circles on the internet, and is probably the most common dogwhistle (You) may encounter.

It is used to tell other zoophiles that they are also a zoophile, and is also used much like a modern day pride flag to express sympathy towards zoophilia.

Cookie

The word cookie is often used by zoophiles, especially furfags, to refer to a canine's vagina. This is due to the vaginas of canines supposedly resembling the shape of fortune cookies.

Knot

Zoophiles will commonly use the word knot to refer to a round, bulby section at the base of a canine's penis.
