The admin curse is the reoccurring phenomenon of calamities and paranoia that always seem to follow the owners of the sharty (soyjak.party/soyjak.st) during their tenure, leading to them quitting. All five owners, Soot, Kuz, Doll, Froot, and Quote, have been afflicted by the curse, which leads them and the site down a path of wariness and disaster before the owner eventually hands ownership of the site to somebody else, followed by a brief moment of peace before the cycle inevitably repeats.

Examples

Soot

Over time, Soot became notoriously easy to anger and had a visible disdain for the site's userbase and culture, having likely grown out of it. This combined with the allegations of datamining, spammers (including the Dancing swede.mp4 and csam spammers), pressure from Kuz to sell the site to him, and becoming busy with university made him lose morale and eventually sell the site to Kuz.

Kuz

Nearing the end of his tenure, Kuz distanced himself further away from the site, first by faking an illness with AIDS (likely because he became busy himself) and later writing a long article on how he has regrets about maintaining a vast digital empire hosting numerous sites and communities from all over, and how heavy usage of the internet is unhealthy, wishing to see the users of his sites cut down on their screen time and meet with family and do something productive.

His administration was plagued with all sorts of drama, from conflicts to csam spam to allegations of pedophilia and misconduct and censorship to offsite invaders from discord and a million other things, its no wonder he became increasingly paranoid and grew tired of maintaining the site, and handed ownership of the site to his trusted manager, Doll (whom he would later come to be enemies with).

Doll

Doll's ownership throughout the summer was marked by the babybot which spammed the entire site and caused tremendous performance issues, csam spammers and offsite discord groups, and most infamously, the soypocalypse, when a rogue manager wrecked havoc and the entire soysphere had to shut down for a little over a week, seeing the end of his ownership before bringing the site back and giving it to Froot.

Doll has also shown signs of a paranoid personality, which may or may not have been amplified by his poor moderation/appointing choices and drama from owning the site.

Froot

Froot remained mostly calm throughout his reign, even within the midst of a massive soyvil war over the entire soysphere seeking to directly overthrow him. He clamped down hard on dissenters and splinter sites, but nearing the end of his tenure, his stated dream of "owning the sharty forever" began to show signs of cracking. He had shared that he had a habit of abusing substances, and once made a fool of himself by typing in all caps and poor english on a thread on kiwifarms while high on galaxy gas.^{[Citation Needed]}

The persistence of hatred for his administration, exacerbated by the frootcord leaks, despite relentless crackdowns, as well as the doxing of some of his staff (including Mist, Quote, and Doll), the constant pressure of having to routinely force the soysphere to like him, paying expenses for the site, and becoming busy with personal matters all contributed to the abrupt end of his ownership and the handing of power over the sharty to Quote and some of its affiliate sites to different owners.

Quote

Quote's ownership is still new, but there are signs of the curse beginning to take hold. Allegations of datamining have been persistant, and the recent OFCOM laws in the UK and other laws around the world have put constant pressure on him to keep the site up and running with an active userbase, especially considering he lives in the UK.

More recently, the soysurgencies, the soyrising, the attempted botting of the site by a 'p bot, and drama involving namefags, jannies, and splinters have begun to take their toll. Only time will tell how this will affect the site and its ownership.

Then the Soypocalypse,
when a rogue priest shattered the kingdom.

“The Throne of the Sharty is no blessing but a curse.
Each Pharaoh who claims it shall be struck by calamity,
their hearts weighed down by paranoia,
their reigns cut short by chaos.
For the kingdom itself is built upon strife,
and no Pharaoh may rule forever.”

Actually they were just bored and decided to leave it to somebody else plus if i am being honest the site is a headache not only for the owner but also for the users as the culture there is shit, the language it developed there is shit, the characters it has are shit, even the people that you can interact with are shit you may ask why they are using it ? it's because people are bored that's why and instead of thinking what they can do to improve their life they instead constantly spend time in sites like these which to be honest probably because they are underage and got nothing better to do even doe there is always the fact that they can study. For the person that writed this and for people that are reading this please don't spend your time like this there are always better things to do other than talking with people that neither you or they will gonna remember that or this exchange. Oh also except for Kuz he actually got aids or maybe made up to have a good farewell or something.
