Trendy Tuesday was a contest on SoyBooru that revolved around users making OCs based on a specific trend. A trend was chosen randomly on every Tuesday, and soyteens decided which entry is the best through upvotes.

The first Trendy Tuesday was held on the 27th of January 2026.[1] Since this was before the Nuuru, winners were decided through external poll votes.[2] After the release of Nuuru, it changed to be decided on the entry with the highest number of upvotes after 2-4 working days (whenever the jannies felt like it).

A spin-off, Series Sunday was announced on the 12th of April 2026.

After twelve contests of Trendy Tuesday, it was officially ended by Broot on the 12th of May 2026; Broot stating that finding good tags that users would've used creatively was becoming increasingly hard after each contest, and that all booru users are myopic selfish little fucks who would throw shit at him and insult him every time he announced the next contest.[3]

A movie that will feature every single OC of the event was announced on the same day.
