Water is supposedly one of the building blocks of life. According to scientists it makes up 70% of the human body. Supposedly, you need to drink water to survive, but a lot of people drink nothing but beer and soda and they're still around and kicking since those drinks contain water too. Pure water is supposedly made of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, meaning that it is actually 99% oxygen (more oxygen than air) even doe you cant breathe underwater, which implies that science is all bullshit. It is commonly known among soyteens as the main thing Breaditors hate because they must consume monster energy slop.

Don't drink the water. They put something in it to make you forget. I don't even know how I got here.

Hydration[edit | edit source]

You should drink water according to your needs, meaning whenever you're thirsty or when the color of your pee is dark yellow. There's no need to pour 2 liters of water into yourself just because someone told you to do so, you will drink more on a hot day and less on rainy days. If you drink too little water, you will be dehydrated, which is bad for your body and will result in headaches and other symptoms, and over time you WILL have kidney stones and constipation. If you drink too much water your sodium-potassium balance will be disturbed, and you might experience headaches and convulsions, and death in longer term. If your piss is clear then you can stop drinking water for the time being.
