Direct Democracy week was an event hosted by 9a0c where users may submit their own rules that would be implemented site wide for a week, even though it only lasted for 1 whole day before 16 'teens voted to end it in a poll.

Event

Users may submit their own rules to the board in the form of a poll. If the poll had a 50% or higher majority of people voting for it's implementation and atleast 25 votes, it would be added as a new rule for the week.

14 new rules were implemented:

1. Posting from Israel and India is forbidden
2. Posting on any board other than /soy/ is forbidden
3. Fun is forbidden
4. Cytubes are permitted
5. The posting of Goku is forbidden
6. Posting Soyjaks is forbidden
7. NSFW content is prohibited.
8. Identifying as trans, gay or female in any way is prohibited.
9. Admin drama is prohibited.
10. Declaring you are a member of the goyim, especially if you are a mudslime, is prohibited.
11. Ongezellig is prohibited.
12. Mist is prohibited from denying she is a woman.
13. FPE is prohibited.
14. Posting videos of yourself jerking off is prohibited.
15. MLP is prohibited.
16. Every janny has to larp as a jartycuck.
17. Being a schlog user is prohibited.
18. Usage of the letter "M" is prohibited.
19. Femjannies are prohibited.
20. Moderators are required to post with their tripcodes on at all times.
21. Canadians are prohibited from posting outside of >>>/leaf/.
22. Amerimutts are prohibited from posting outside of >>>/qa/.
23. Tom Cruise is prohibited from posting.
24. Nusoioompaloompas are prohibited.
