Dissociative identity disorder (DID) is an illness derived from severe mental retardation. It is the result of pooners on Tumblr grooming cacas with unrestricted internet access. it is a mental disorder where a person has multiple personality state they switch between, seen as separate people. In practice, this means they get to act like a "c00lkidd-Forsaken-Hitler proship merge that was split between 2 fictive alters that were hOrrRiBlY TrAuMaTiZeD and raped by their dad" or something (MY HECKING TYPING QUIRK BTW). The TRVTH

The wider internet sees it as some kind of trend forced by internet faggots. It can be seen as the Western manifestation of the Japanese phenomena Chūnibyō (8th grader syndrome).
