A Niggermoder is a cowardly malicious gangstalking little niggers that persistently harasses innocent people for no reason. Niggermoders are rarely ever spotted in the open as they prefer to stick to the shadows and exclusively operate at night. In the most extreme circumstances, niggermoders have been observed to appear during day time, but only when they know damn well that their victims won't be able to do anything about it. This is a textbook psycological warfare tactic that accomplishes the goal of fucking with the mind of whoever they are attacking. It's theorized that they are some kind of new generation mutant or hybrid created by the CIA, unfortunately finding actual information on these creatures is very difficult (probably because the CIA has censored all of it).
