Sharty Republicanism (also known as Three Posters Under One Union) is the ideology that advocates for the big main three posters of the Sharty (Soyteens, Frogposters, and Gigaposters) to cease all hostilities and foster in a harmonious society where we can all coexist under one brotherly union.

History[edit | edit source]

Soot Yat-sen, founder of Sharty Republicanism

Sharty Republicanism was founded by the visionary Soot Yat-sen in the early 20th century, after he realized that the infighting between Soyposters, Gigaposters, and Frogposters were all utterly futile and only exist to destroy the harmony of the Sharty. Therefore, he spent the next 20 years of his life dedicated to publishing articles describing and advocating his revolutionary new ideal that will unite the sharty posters and create a harmonious society where we can all coexist. Unfortunately, he passed away before he could fully realize his dream, leaving us to continue where he left off.[1]

There have been calls for admins to implement this as the official site ideology, though none of it have been successful. Still, the booru's allowing of Frogs and Gigachads to be posted regardless of NAS have been seen as a great step towards progress for Republicanism.

Relations between Soy, Frog and Gigaposters have been gradually getting worse as of recent, with the outbreak of the Second Soy-Frog War and active callings for the deaths of Giggers, showing us that we need this ideology now more than ever.

Principles[edit | edit source]

A Frog, a Cob, and a Chad practicing Brotherhood and Unity

Soot Yat-sen divided Sharty Republicanism into three main principles.[2]

Brotherhood and Unity[edit | edit source]

As the three biggest demographics of the website, it is natural that we should develop brotherly relations. Instead what we got is constant hostility and fighting amongst ourselves, this must stop immediately. As proud children of the blue board, we must recognize each other as equals and not declare ourselves a higher being than one another for posting a different meme.

The final goal of this is to create a harmonious website where the three posters can coexist in peace.

Equality of Posting[edit | edit source]

Jannies shall not remove a poster's thread for containing a Frog or Gigachad with the reason of "NAS", as Frogs and Gigachads are as much part of core Sharty culture as Soyjaks themselves. Historically, Frogs and Gigas have been posted since the very founding of the Party, even going as far back as during the /qa/ days. Frogs and Gigas serve an important role in the ecosystem of the Sharty alongside Soyjaks, with Soyjaks mocking everything that is bad, Gigachads standing in for everything that is good, and Frogs being the OP's neutral self-insert.

In short, Frogposters and Gigaposters shall have the same equal rights as a normal Soyjak poster.

Nationalism[edit | edit source]

Ultimately, as citizens of this harmonious website, it is inevitable that we eventually create a unified identity instead of engaging in endless division. Under a united flag, there will be no more conflict between posters.
