Saying the link to cob.soy gets you banned for Rule 3, both with the dot and without.

cob.soy is a useful^{[it just is, ok?]} soyteen-owned IP-logger service. It has been used many times to help dox multiple lolcows, and is preferred by some soyteens instead of using mainstream IP-logger sites since most people usually don’t click grabify links anymore.

It works by simply providing a link for the IP-logger to redirect to, it will generate a link for the target and one which you and other 'teens can monitor who clicked on the link.

Note that any service which scans the link to create embeds and/or to check for malware (i.e. most messaging apps) will show up first and is NOT your target, these services may also scan the link multiple times. They can be distinguished by them visiting the link nearly instantly when you send the tracking link, and that the browser information sometimes ends with "crawler" or "bot".^{[it just does, ok?]}

A grab from the IP logger will generally look like this:

cob.soy was originally created by an unnamed 'teen in late 2024, ownership of the site was later transferred to SurrealSec in early 2025.

The site used to feature a non-functional people search tool that was advertised to be "coming soon", which was later moved to SurrealSec's homepage,^{[it just was, ok?]} before finally releasing as dox.soy.

SurrealSec, also known as CobSec^{[they just are, ok??]}, is a group of soyteen hackers^{[possible cord?]} that own and provide services (cob.soy, gem.soy, and soybin.com) to fellow 'teens for the purpose of doxing, OSINT, and other SNCA. Their main site currently redirects to dox.soy.
