(((Anton Maximov))), or yuka, claimed legal name Levi Goldberg[1] was the "director" of the NSS (a division of his so-called company the "Kolyma Network"), the manager of kuz and also the owner of the Yuriy-Kuznetsov Trust. On the Sharty, he had posted under the handle Max ## Admin, he is Admin_6, the prophecised Anti Soot.
He is universally hated by teens because he sold the sharty to the highest bidder and is probably one of the few things where sootists, kuzists, dollists and off-sitefaggots all agree about, which could have resulted in The coal that is killing /soy/ if the wrong person had won. He also enabled porn ads on the sharty for an hour to extort 300 bucks out of DOLL showing the kike's ability to squeeze the last few shekels out of an honest working white man.
It was possible that he was a kuz alter-ego, but the truth is not clear.
Maximov came into kuz's life in 2008, likely taking advantage of a grief stricken, teenage kuzzy. According to a random document online, he was hired in kolyma in 2008, after Kuz’s wife died, and has been working as kuzs manager and personal slavemaster ever since.[2] <- (nevermind, that was all a LARP) Once 'teens started digging up the TRVTH about kuz, he (((coincidentally))) got AIDS; and his so-called friend Maximov (who is the same person as him) made him dissolve his "company" and sign off 50% of his ownings[3] to "cover his debt and medical bills". This apparently was not enough for (((Carter))), who, a few weeks later, forced Doll to pay him over 10,000 to get the sharty back.[4] This, however, was still not enough for the shekelsniffer, who then charged doll hundreds of dollars worth of fees from everything ranging from electricity to gas, to ink and paper for the contract he signed. Seriously.[1]
After Doll's closure of the site, it suddenly and unexpectedly returned on August 20, 2023 under a seemingly new administrator. At the time, his identity was anonymous, and by his own admission refused to namefag. Despite this, a common nickname used at the time was "Chood". This left 'teens to speculate, with some theorizing him to be Soot, Kuz, or Doll under a new pseudonym. Some religious parts of the Sharty believed him to be none other than Admin Ϫ, come to restore the Sharty to its former glory. His first act as admin after bringing the Sharty back up was to unban everyone who was banned during the Soypocalypse, wipe the catalog, and slaughter Baby bot in one fell swoop.
He would later implement a temporary measure against 'p by disabling image upload and replacing every recent image with A24 Slow-Burn Soyjak with his mouth closed. Shortly after, his reign ended when he shut down the Sharty after four hours. This would mark his last public appearance.
Soon after, the Sharty returned under Froot and the reign of the Soyumvirate. A curious 'teen asked Doll in his QnA about Chood's identity, where Doll revealed that he was none other than Dr. E, acting anonymously.[5] The truth of the matter, though, is that Chood was Max.
An esoteric cult had risen around Max as Chood, centered on threads of appreciation that point out what a “gigachad badass” he was in his few hours of adminhood. These threads are, like the ‘zelligposters of old, necrobumped to no end, as part of a coordinated propaganda campaign for soyteens coming across him for the first time (as he is still rather obscure) to gain a favorable view of Chood.
Opponents are considered to be “Red” or “Pollyanna”. There are rumors that the Soy Cabal are planning an assassination of Chood because of this, although this is unconfirmed. Froot purged Choodists on sight as he thought.[He just did, okay?]
TL;DR Don't toss coins off a bridge around Max because he'll fucking jump, break his arms, then sue you afterwards. Also keep in mind that this was on top of the $10,700 that max extorted out of doll after initially offering to sell to him for $6.5k.
Later on, Max was represented with an angry peach-skinned gapejak with red eyes and often a jewish nose, dressed in a red suit.

Nowadays, the standard depiction of Max on the wiki is a variation of kuzjak with grey skin, a jewish kippah, orange glasses and a tracksuit with the Kolyma Network shield. Despite this, the older gapejak is still used.

According to the NEW FRQQTIST QRDER, Max and Dr E/Chood are the same person; however it has not yet been fact-checked by Snopes. They also originally claimed that Max is kuz's alter ego, but later retracted their statement. (Max is still kuz due to both of them using the same IPs)
On the 14th of August /soy/ was locked (similar to how /qa/ was) and the board /bunker/ was made. Maximov was trying to get soyteens onto his shitty devyach.net/party bunker, which had no images (at first) and the most fugly UI imaginable. Thankfully most went to bunker.soyjak.wiki instead.
